Philippa Pacho is a Swedish DJ and producer who came up through Stockholm’s illegal party scene before breaking onto the international circuit with a style defined by groove, force and careful tension. She has played Bassiani in Tbilisi, De School in Amsterdam and Berghain in Berlin – three of the most demanding and respected rooms in the world – and her trajectory since has continued upward. She runs her own label Phorum Records and co-runs positivesource, a forward-thinking imprint releasing techno, trance and rave music from artists including Newa, D.Dan and Ryan James Ford.

Pacho’s sets are described as intense journeys of groove and force – driven by rhythm and momentum rather than shock tactics, with a control and patience that comes from years of reading rooms that ask a great deal of a DJ. She understands how to build a floor slowly and how to release that tension at exactly the right moment.
