DJ Warras – Tribute Mix

I share this video with a heavy, broken heart.

Warrick Stock, affectionately known as DJ Warras, and I both recorded live mixes on the 15th of November 2025.

Tragically, on Tuesday, the 16th of December, Warras passed away.

Warras and I had spoken last week Monday and planned to release his live mix on Friday, the 19th of December. I have decided to still share this mix in his honour; to celebrate his talent, his impact, and the infectious energy he shared so generously with the world.

Warras was deeply loved by everyone who knew him. “He brought light, laughter, and strength into every space he occupied. His influence and kindness extended far beyond his home, and he was deeply loved by his friends, colleagues, and the wider South African entertainment community.”

Warrick leaves behind his three young children, his mother, and his siblings, whose lives have been irrevocably changed by this profound loss.

One of the main reasons for me deciding to still share this mix, is to try and support his family. All proceeds from this video and any donations received will go directly and entirely towards supporting his three children.
