Originally filmed as part of The Karoo Project, this session celebrates the healing power of music, nature, and human connection during a time when live performance had all but disappeared.

About The Karoo Project

The Karoo Project was recorded by Rootspring Music under the direction of Jonny Blundell and Oscar winning director Pippa Ehrlich in the vast desert landscapes of the Karoo following the first COVID-19 lockdown. Created by musicians longing to perform together again, the project captures music in its most raw and authentic form, surrounded by the beauty and silence of nature.
